Returns and refunds

This policy applies to purchases from Europe Home Decor Ltd. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Cancelling an online order

For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition of statutory cancellation rights.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage where this was disclosed before purchase. We do not provide free return labels for change-of-mind returns. This does not apply where we are legally responsible for the return cost, including qualifying faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us about goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect. Your statutory remedies apply, including the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days. Installation or use does not automatically remove rights relating to a fault. We cover reasonable return costs where legally required.

Refunds

For cancellations, we refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method. Additional bank processing time may apply.
