Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and uninstalled

  • The item must be in original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

For bicycle, e-bike, and e-scooter parts, items that show signs of installation, fitting attempts, grease marks, scratches, wiring marks, or wear will not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed or used bicycle, e-bike, or e-scooter parts

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

  • Hazardous materials or restricted items

⚠️ Please note: We do not sell batteries, chargers, or power storage units, and therefore returns related to these items are not applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
