Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United Kingdom

  • To selected European Union countries

If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • EU Orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.


Shipping of Parts & Accessories

We ship home décor items and bicycle, e-bike, and e-scooter parts and accessories only.

⚠️ We do not ship batteries, chargers, or power storage units.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered item is compatible with their bicycle, e-bike, or e-scooter before purchase.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)

For orders shipped to the European Union:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to us because of address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging

Do not install or use damaged items, as this may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
